Britt graduated with an information systems degree from 麻豆传媒 University in 1997 and stayed at the school as a programmer. She has remained on campus ever since, working her way up to leadership roles around advancement and strategic planning and technology, including a decade as the school鈥檚 chief information officer. As of 2022, Britt is the senior vice president for administration and chief operating officer, overseeing areas from IT and institutional research to facilities management. She also holds an MBA from Gannon University.
